Zak's professional career showcases a background in the investment property and prime/super prime markets of estate agency. His career highlights include impactful tenures at prestigious brands like Savills & James Carville & James (an investment property venture in his early career) where he honed his expertise in both the western and east-central locales of London. This foundational experience set the stage for his entrepreneurial ventures, leading to the establishment of James & Partners in 2013, followed by the inception of a prime real estate company, Jefferies James based in central London including some of the principal Southwest postcodes of the Fine & Country brand.

 

As the principle behind the executive search function at James & Partners, Zak performs the dual role of a strategic leader and an active recruiter. His daily involvement in recruitment activities underscores a commitment to excellence and a hands-on approach to leadership. Zak's philosophy revolves around a continual reassessment and expansion of the company's horizons, fostering an environment where innovation and forward-thinking are paramount.

 

Outside the professional sphere, Zak's passions extend into personal development and physical wellness. An avid consumer of leadership literature and podcasts.  When not engrossed in his professional duties or personal development, Zak cherishes time spent with his beloved wife and two children. His leisure pursuits include cycling, a hobby in which he immerses himself fully—often spotted in Richmond Park donned in Rapha gear, trying to embody the persona of a professional cyclist.
