Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Canary Wharf
Salary: £30-£35k basic salary / £55-£60k OTE

We’re working with a well-established estate agency based in Canary Wharf  to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team selling stock on behalf of a landlord within one of London’s most vibrant and in-demand residential areas. You’ll be based on-site in a modern sales suite with a steady flow of enquiries and ready-to-sell properties.

Role Overview

• Selling residential properties on behalf of the landlord

• Managing buyer enquiries, conducting viewings, and progressing sales

• Building rapport with both domestic and overseas clients

• Providing a personable, professional service throughout the sales process

• All activity is local and based on-site – no driving required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm

• Saturday by appointment only

Earnings

• Up to £35,000 +

• Uncapped commission:

• Realistic OTE of £55,000/£60,000

Candidate Requirements

• Previous sales experience (property, lettings, luxury retail, or similar)

• Warm, personable, and confident in a client-facing role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Professional, proactive, and motivated by results
