We’re partnered with a fast-scaling, specialist mortgage brokerage that is rapidly establishing itself as a leader in UK property finance for international investors.

Due to exceptional growth and a consistent flow of high-quality inbound enquiries, my client is now looking to hire ambitious Mortgage Consultants to join their expanding team.

This is not a typical mortgage role. You’ll be working with a high volume of pre-qualified, inbound “hot” leads - clients who have already reserved or are in the process of securing UK property investments.

There is no requirement to self-generate business. Your focus is purely on advising, structuring, and closing deals.

• 50–70 qualified introductions per month
• High-value cases with strong earning potential
• Fully remote working model (UK-based)
• Dedicated paraplanner support

As a Mortgage Consultant, you will:

• Manage and convert a steady pipeline of inbound international investor enquiries
• Provide specialist advice on UK property finance for expats, foreign nationals, and global investors
• Handle complex cases involving international income, multi-currency earnings, and non-standard structures
• Work closely with specialist lenders (not just high street banks)
• Navigate longer, more strategic deal cycles typical of new-build property transactions

We’re looking for driven, commercially minded advisors who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

• CeMAP qualified
• 2–5 years’ mortgage advisory experience

• Experience with new-build property, international clients, or specialist lending
• Background in handling complex or non-standard cases

• Self-motivated and disciplined (remote environment)
• Resilient and able to manage high-pressure deals
• Ambitious, proactive, and financially driven
• A “problem-solver” who enjoys complexity over volume processing

This is an employed role with a strong foundation and exceptional upside.

• £36,000 guarantee retainer (first 6 months)
• £27,000+ basic salary thereafter
• 35% commission on all banked income
• +5% bonus at £200k banked (40% total)
• +5% bonus at £300k banked (45% total)

• Year 2: £135,000+
