Description
Role: Head of Agency – Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reporting to: Founders / Group Leadership (UK)
Role Type: Senior Leadership, Market Entry & Build
Launch Timing: H2 (targeting winter trading season)

Mandate & Context
DDRE Global is preparing a full market entry into Dubai, replicating the UK advisory-led, senior-agent model at the very top of the residential and advisory market. The business is already incorporated locally, with early groundwork underway, and intends to launch at scale rather than test the market.
The Head of Agency – Dubai will be responsible for establishing, leading and scaling the Dubai operation, acting as the senior figurehead in-market and duplicating the UK Head of Agency role in structure, authority and accountability.

Core Responsibilities
Market Leadership & Strategy
  • Own the full Dubai market entry strategy, from pre-launch through scale
  • Translate the UK DDRE advisory model into the Dubai regulatory, cultural and commercial context without dilution of brand or standards
  • Build and execute a clear broker acquisition and growth plan aligned with DDRE’s membership-led structure
  • Act as the senior DDRE representative in-market with developers, UHNW clients, private offices, lawyers and strategic partners
Brokerage & Revenue Growth
  • Personally drive high-value transactions in the super-prime and advisory-led segment
  • Establish strong relationships with key developers (e.g. tier-one and institutional developers rather than mass-market stock)
  • Oversee deal structuring, advisor splits, lead flows and revenue performance
  • Ensure commercial discipline in a commission-driven, fast-moving market
Team Build & Culture
  • Recruit, onboard and lead senior brokers and advisors aligned with DDRE’s standards
  • Implement the DDRE advisor membership model locally, including progression from initial entry to growth tiers
  • Set performance expectations, mentoring structures and operating cadence
  • Maintain a high-bar, low-ego culture suitable for senior international agents
Operations & Governance
  • Work closely with central leadership on licensing, compliance and regulatory alignment
  • Partner with operations to ensure infrastructure, CRM, marketing and brand execution are in place
  • Input into office strategy, private members’ space usage and client-facing environments
  • Maintain tight control of reputation, compliance and risk in-market

Candidate Profile
This role is designed to mirror the UK Head of Agency profile and therefore requires:
  • Proven senior leadership experience within top-tier residential or advisory real estate
  • Existing credibility and network within Dubai or comparable international prime markets
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing brokerage teams
  • Strong personal billing history at the top end of the market
  • Experience operating within entrepreneurial, founder-led environments
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, market entry and building from first principles
  • Gravitas to operate credibly with UHNW clients, developers and private offices
This is not a general manager role for a volume brokerage. It is a senior commercial leadership position for someone already operating at the top of the market.

Compensation & Structure
Based on benchmarking discussions and market realities in Dubai, compensation is structured to attract top-tier leadership talent rather than transitional hires.
Base Salary
  • £150,000 – £225,000
    AED 690,000 – AED 1,035,000
Commission & Performance Incentives (On Top of Base)
  • Uncapped commission and performance-based incentives, linked to:
    • Personal transaction activity
    • Office-wide performance and revenue growth
  • Indicative annual commission / performance range:
    £100,000 – £200,000
    AED 460,000 – AED 920,000
    On-Target Earnings (OTE)
    • Indicative OTE:
      £250,000 – £425,000
      AED 1,150,000 – AED 1,955,000
OTE is driven by a combination of base salary, personal billing and office performance
    Additional Considerations
    • Visa support
    • Long-term upside aligned to market growth
    • Potential equity or profit participation for exceptional hires (role-dependent)

    Why This Role Is Distinct
    • Opportunity to build a flagship international office, not inherit one
    • Direct influence over brand, culture and commercial direction
    • Backed by an established UK platform, senior leadership and advisor model
