About My Client
My client is a highly selective luxury residential platform operating across the prime and super-prime markets.
They combine traditional high-touch advisory with a strong digital, media and technology backbone. The model is built around discretion, global reach and long-term brand positioning, with advisors positioned as trusted partners rather than volume-driven agents.
This is not a volume brokerage and not an entry-level environment. The platform is intentionally selective, focused on experienced operators who want to build a long-term business under a recognised luxury umbrella while retaining autonomy and meaningful upside.
Advisors operate as self-employed business owners, supported by centralised infrastructure covering compliance, marketing, technology, operations and brand.
The Role
This is an opportunity for an established prime residential advisor to build and scale their own business within a high-calibre platform.
You will retain full ownership of your relationships and pipeline, while benefiting from:

The platform is designed to remove operational friction, not independence. Advisors are expected to generate their own business and relationships; the infrastructure exists to amplify that activity rather than replace it.
There is flexibility to remain a high-performing solo operator or to build a team over time, either by hiring directly or structuring partnership-style internal splits.
Earnings Structure
This is a self-employed model with uncapped earning potential.
Year one is typically about pipeline build. A realistic first year for someone establishing themselves lands in the region of £50,000–£80,000, unless joining with live deals or existing client momentum.
Longer term, the model becomes materially more compelling. Advisors operating consistently at higher price points have achieved £600,000–£750,000 per annum in strong (but not exceptional) market conditions. Others joining with live pipelines have achieved £300,000–£400,000 in year one.
