The Role:
The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance, supporting the branch in winning new business, and ensuring exceptional service for both buyers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert valuations, securing new instructions.
- Oversee and manage buyers, ensuring a smooth journey from enquiry to offer.
- Regularly communicate with vendors, providing market updates and guidance.
- Conduct property viewings and handle offer negotiations.
- Progress sales efficiently, liaising with solicitors, mortgage consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities across property services.
- Build strong relationships with clients, third parties, and the wider team.
