Driving Licence: Required – own vehicle preferable

My client is seeking a confident, experienced sales professional to join a successful South London office as an Assistant Sales Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the potential to evolve into a broader area-level role.

The team includes two established negotiators, and this hire will play a key role in driving performance and supporting the ongoing growth of the branch.

• Basic Salary: £30,000–£35,000

• On Target Earnings (OTE): £90,000+

  • Includes commission from viewings

  • 5–10% on stock valued and brought to market

  • Uncapped commission up to 25% on a tiered structure

• Mon–Thurs: 9:00am – 6:30pm

• Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm

• Sat: 10:00am – 4:00pm

• Every other Saturday (may consider 1 in 3)
