Client Brief: Client Acquisition Manager Location: Dubai, UAE (Office-Based)

Overview:James & Partners Talent has been retained by a well-established, multi-jurisdictional financial services firm to identify an experienced Client Acquisition Manager based in Dubai. This is a senior operational and strategic role, responsible for unifying client origination, digital marketing, lead generation, vendor relationships, and adviser recruitment funnels across the group.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth across the Middle East and European markets by optimising lead performance, ensuring CRM discipline, and managing a blended funnel of digital, third-party, and direct acquisition channels.
Core Scope of Work:Digital Strategy & SEO Oversight
- Lead the implementation of SEO strategies including technical audits, backlinking, and content targeting
- Oversee group-wide PR cadence, blog production, and digital agency performance
- Monitor content engagement and iterate digital marketing based on data insights
- Assess the feasibility of in-house content and media production over time
- Manage and assess third-party client lead vendors
- Implement vendor scoring frameworks to track conversion, cost per funded client, and CRM integration
- Phase out underperformers and coordinate handovers with internal stakeholders
- Provide weekly ROI and performance dashboards to senior leadership
- Ensure adviser adherence to CRM protocols across the firm
- Audit and report on key funnel metrics: lead progression, appointment volumes, revenue attribution
- Deliver coaching to advisers on scripting and conversion tactics based on performance trends
- Proactively manage and expand introducer and third-party referral relationships
- Track and optimise referral quality, response time, and closure rate via score carding
- Support adviser acquisition through digital campaigns and external recruiter coordination
- Analyse cost-per-hire, channel performance, and drop-off points across salaried and self-employed pipelines
- Work alongside internal HR to ensure process alignment
- Audit public-facing materials and digital assets across regional subsidiaries
- Ensure brand consistency under the group’s unified identity and regulatory standards
- Approve all co-branded materials for market-facing use
- Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in digital acquisition, SEO, and lead funnel optimisation
- Financial services experience strongly preferred
- Strong command of SEO/SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, Screaming Frog)
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
- Commercial mindset with a track record of managing agencies, vendors, and internal performance teams
- Experience working in or with regulated firms (FCA, DFSA, etc.) advantageous
- Must be UAE-based and open to full-time office work in Dubai
