A thriving property company based in Richmond is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Accounts Assistant to join the busy finance team. This role offers a strong career platform in a dynamic environment with robust support for development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bank reconciliations, recording transactions accurately
- Process rental payments and allocate funds correctly
- Liaise with tenants and landlords to resolve account queries
- Prepare statements and maintain accurate client account records
- Support month-end procedures and ad?hoc financial reporting
- Monitor arrears, update records, and escalate issues appropriately
- Assist with compliance and audit support when required
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in accounts assistant or finance admin roles (property sector experience preferred)
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in data tasks
- Confident communicator with a professional demeanour
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience of property management/accounting systems advantageous
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Positive, team?oriented individual keen to learn and grow
