Commercial Property Solicitor

An exclusive opportunity to join a modern, ambitious, and dynamic law firm who is experiencing significant growth and has with a strong presence across various locations in the UK.This firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services, and currently seeking a qualified and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience (PQE), although applicants with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply. They should have experience in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as commercial leases, including leases, assignments, and license agreements. Preferable experience includes development, land promotion, options agreements, conditional contracts, and overage agreements. Familiarity with acting for lenders, pension schemes, and investors while providing property support on corporate matters is also important. Additionally, a working knowledge of landlord and tenant matters is required. •    Location: Lincoln •    Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE •    Hours: Monday to Friday with no weekend work •    Benefits: Company phone, events and pension •    Complimentary lunches + discounts on meals •    Hybrid/work from home scheme Key responsibilities of the role will include: •    Advise commercial clients on their commercial property needs. •    Manage your own case load, ensuring the timely and efficient handling of legal matters. •    Provide support to the Commercial Property team and collaborate on complex transactions. •    Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Commercial Property department.
