Conveyancing Solicitor - Lincoln

This firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services, and currently seeking a qualified and experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will have over 2 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process. They will possess in-depth knowledge of property law, including buying, selling, leasing, and mortgages, along with the relevant legal documentation. Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, combined with a keen attention to detail, will make them a valuable asset to the team.

•    Location: Lincoln
•    Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
•    Hours: Monday to Friday with no weekend work

Key responsibilities of the role will include: 
•    Preparing and reviewing legal documents
•    Conducting property searches
•    Advising clients
•    Managing the exchange of contracts
•    Title investigation
•    Handling financial transactions
•    Liaising with stakeholders
•    Completing and registering transactions
•    Resolving legal issues
