Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 AED per month Company: A multinational financial institution with offices in the US, UK, Switzerland, Malta, Dubai (DIFC), Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Administration to join a leading international wealth management firm. Based in Dubai, this senior leadership role will oversee administrative operations across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality support for the firm’s global financial services. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial services administration, strong expertise in financial compliance, and a proven track record in team leadership and training. Prior experience within external wealth or asset management firms is essential, along with a solid background in implementing corporate governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Structure and Process

  • Experience in building and implementing administration operational structures and processes in a multi-jurisdictional business ecosystem
  • Working with internal and external IT resources to ensure systems embed within software 
  • Best practice of translation local corporate and regulatory governance to both process flow, HR and IT systems
Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, manage, and grow a high-performing global administration team.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of team members.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to administrators across multiple jurisdictions.
Administrative Operations
  • Ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of administrative services across all global offices.
  • Develop and implement standardised administrative processes and systems.
  • Monitor team performance, resolve operational challenges, and optimise workflow efficiency.
Financial Compliance & Governance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial compliance regulations across key jurisdictions.
  • Ensure all administrative processes adhere to local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to integrate administrative functions seamlessly with governance frameworks.
Strategic Planning & Reporting
  • Contribute to organisational strategy and decision-making as part of the leadership team.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on administrative performance, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in administrative processes and implement best practices.
Key Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading administrative teams (minimum of 15 administrators).
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
