Head of New Homes
Location
Prime Central London – with flexibility to cover key development and client locations.
Compensation
- Base salary : £60,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience and track record)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) : circa £120,000 in the first year

Position Overview
The Head of New Homes
will lead the firm’s expansion and strategy within the Prime Central London new homes market. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep knowledge of development consultancy combined with a strong track record of commercial delivery.
The successful candidate will balance long-term pipeline growth with the ability to generate immediate results through instructions and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm’s strategy for the new homes and development consultancy division
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new instructions across Prime Central London
- Advise developers on all stages of the development process, from feasibility through to marketing and sales execution
- Secure both large-scale development instructions and individual unit sales opportunities
- Drive revenue growth to achieve agreed OTE targets in year one and beyond
- Cultivate strong client and developer relationships, leveraging an established network to win new business
- Represent the firm at key industry events and maintain a visible presence in the new homes market
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, marketing, and advisory teams to deliver seamless service to clients
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to junior members of the team
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Prime Central London residential market, with a focus on new homes and development consultancy
- Proven track record of winning distribution-side instructions and delivering results in high-value markets
- Established background with one of the leading international or UK agencies (e.g. Strutt & Parker, JLL, Knight Frank, Savills, CBRE, or similar)
- Strong network of developers, introducers, and investors within the PCL market
- Commercially minded with demonstrable success in building pipelines and achieving sales targets
- Exceptional client relationship and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate credibly at senior levels
- Clear understanding of planning, development processes, and the prime residential landscape in London
- Professional, discreet, and capable of representing the firm at the highest standards
