Role Overview
My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Individual Giving Manager to elevate a £12m+ fundraising programme. You’ll own and execute acquisition, stewardship, campaigns (lottery, raffles, cash appeals), and supporter journey design to grow and deepen engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the Individual Giving strategy and budget, targeting sustainable net income growth

Lead, mentor, and inspire a small high performance team

Design and manage acquisition and stewardship campaigns (across digital and offline channels)

Use insight, segmentation, and analytics to optimise campaign performance

Oversee forecasting, reporting, budget control, and campaign ROI
-
Drive CRM enhancements to improve supporter engagement

Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards
Essential Experience & Skills

Proven track record in designing and delivering successful individual giving strategies

Comfortable managing large-scale acquisition and retention campaigns

Strong data?driven approach: segmentation, metrics, forecasting

Sound technical understanding of CRM systems and fundraising tech

Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff

Passion for supporter experience and long-term relationship building
