Hours: 37.5?hrs/week (core 10am–3pm)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, full-time

Role Overview

My client is looking for a dynamic and strategic Individual Giving Manager to elevate a £12m+ fundraising programme. You’ll own and execute acquisition, stewardship, campaigns (lottery, raffles, cash appeals), and supporter journey design to grow and deepen engagement and retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the Individual Giving strategy and budget, targeting sustainable net income growth

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small high performance team

  • Design and manage acquisition and stewardship campaigns (across digital and offline channels)

  • Use insight, segmentation, and analytics to optimise campaign performance

  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, budget control, and campaign ROI

  • Drive CRM enhancements to improve supporter engagement

  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and governance standards


Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering successful individual giving strategies

  • Comfortable managing large-scale acquisition and retention campaigns

  • Strong data?driven approach: segmentation, metrics, forecasting

  • Sound technical understanding of CRM systems and fundraising tech

  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and developing staff

  • Passion for supporter experience and long-term relationship building

  • Responsible for adherence to H&S, Data Protection, Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity, and Quality standards as part of your role

  • Full Basic DBS check is required
