- Trainee Lettings Neg or Lettings Negotiator vacancy (Can't give Senior title so noone too experienced)
- Basic £17,000-£20,000
- £250 per month car allowance (must have own vehicle)
- £55,000 OTE 1st year
- Mon-Fri 8.45am-6.30pm and every other Sat 9.30am-4pm
- 5pm finish on Fridays
- Commission structure = 10% individual comms or option to do more of a pool/bracket commission structure.
- If X fee, earn X
- That works out 11.5% on average so better off doing that
- On 2nd option, also works out that if other negotiator does 10 deals that month, earn £30 per deal on that negotiator, and vice versa
- More of a pool comms
- Other neg is senior neg doing 10 deals per month so £300 extra
