£40,000 basic + 10% of banked income

The Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity to take ownership of a large and diverse patch covering London Bridge, Waterloo, Clapham, Stockwell, Camberwell, Peckham and surrounding areas. The role is suited to an ambitious estate agency professional who enjoys building income, developing people, and driving performance.
You’ll be responsible for leading the office’s sales operation, managing and developing a small team, and growing banked income significantly over time.
Key responsibilities include
• Leading and growing sales performance across a substantial London territory
• Managing and developing a team of sales negotiators and two coordinators
• Driving new business, instructions, and pipeline growth
• Maximising conversion from valuation to completion
• Overseeing day-to-day office performance and standards
• Playing a hands-on role in deal progression and negotiation where required
• Supporting the business’s ambition to grow market share and income
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience in residential estate agency sales
• Previous leadership or management experience (or readiness to step up)
• Strong commercial mindset with the drive to grow revenue
• Confident negotiator with excellent client-facing skills
• Ability to motivate, manage, and develop a small team
• Good knowledge of the London property market
• Ambitious, proactive, and results-focused
