This Lettings Negotiator role is perfect for a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to build a successful career in property. You will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth tenancy agreements while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Securing new tenancies and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Providing market advice to clients and prospective tenants
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
- Achieving individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in sales, lettings, or customer service
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence is beneficial

- Salary: £25K base + strong commission structure (OTE £50K)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM | Rotational Saturdays
