Lettings Negotiator

Our client, a household name in West Kent, is seeking a motivated and proven Lettings Negotiator to join the team. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service and a passion for real estate, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Main duties will be property viewings, closing deals and arranging move-ins, delivering high levels of customer service for both landlords and tenants, staying on top of market trends, and delivering exceptional performance. With an attractive base salary of up to £25,000 (depending on the strength of the application) and a robust office commission structure, this role is an excellent step up the career ladder.
