- Working hours = Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-5pm
- WFH 1 day per week after probation
- Covers all offices of Aspire out of Balham PM office

- discretionary bonuses after 1year
- 80-100 properties each (victorian conversions- so need attention)
- in house handy man
- out sources inspection but bringing it in house
- 2 trips a year
