An exclusive opportunity to join a modern, ambitious, and dynamic law firm who is experiencing significant growth and has with a strong presence across various locations in the UK. This firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services, and currently seeking a qualified and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience (PQE) in private client law, showcasing extensive expertise across all facets of private client work. They will demonstrate a strong client-focused approach, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build and maintain effective relationships. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the firm while exhibiting high attention to detail and exceptional organisational abilities. Additionally, they will be ambitious and proactive, with a commitment to continuous professional development, ensuring they stay at the forefront of the evolving legal landscape. •    Location: Lincoln •    Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE •    Hours: Monday to Friday with no weekend work •    Benefits: Company phone, events and pension •    Complimentary lunches + discounts on meals •    Hybrid/work from home scheme Key responsibilities of the role will include: •    Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to Wills, probate applications, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, trust administration and inheritance tax planning. •    Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction. •    Handle complex private client cases and demonstrate proficiency in a broad spectrum of private client work. •    Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, complying with the firm's policies and procedures. •    Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other appointments as required.
