Location: Manchester (M3)
Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £75,000–£90,000+
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM (No weekend work)

Specialising in exclusive new build developments across Manchester and Liverpool, the company offers ambitious sales professionals the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, with uncapped earning potential and exposure to a global investor client base.


Role Overview

As a Property Investment Consultant, you will play a key role in selling both on-plan and off-plan investment opportunities to UK and international clients. With a consistent flow of warm, qualified leads provided daily, you will also be expected to generate new business through outbound activity and build long-lasting relationships with investors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with investors to understand their goals and match them with suitable new build opportunities.

  • Present and promote developments across Manchester and Liverpool.

  • Manage a pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the company.

  • Proactively source new business through cold outreach and referral networks.

  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of investment opportunities.

  • Provide consultative advice and market insight to both new and experienced investors.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property investment sales (or similar field).

  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in both warm and cold lead conversion.

  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced sales environment.


What’s On Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,000.

  • OTE £75,000–£90,000+.

  • £1,000 commission per sale, with bonuses up to £2,200 per deal.

  • Monday–Friday schedule (8AM–4PM) – no weekend work.
