£30,000 – £33,500 per annum + £3,000 annual bonus and additional incentives
Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm
Hybrid Working:
1 day per week from home after passing probation

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager to take on a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 150 properties.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of your own portfolio, ensuring excellent service delivery for both landlords and tenants. This is a role for someone confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of their work while being part of a friendly and collaborative team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of circa 150 residential properties
- Handling maintenance issues, contractor coordination, and compliance checks
- Organising tenancy renewals, move-ins, and check-outs
- Ensuring properties meet legal safety and compliance standards
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Conducting occasional property visits and inspections
- Keeping accurate records and responding to emails and calls efficiently
About You
They’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in residential property management (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Confident managing a busy portfolio and prioritising effectively
- Professional, organised, and great with people
- Looking to grow and develop in a supportive environment
- Comfortable working in the office full time initially, with hybrid flexibility after probation
