Our client, a prestigious wealth management firm with a global presence, is looking for a Regional Administrator with a Wealth Management and Financial Services background, explicitly working out of Dubai and dealing with Europe and the UK's markets. This private equity-backed firm specialising in acquiring and managing high-quality bespoke financial services for high-net-worth individuals, families, and businesses. This opportunity is based in Dubai Media City and centres on supporting the firm's wealth management operations in Europe and the UK. The role is perfect for candidates with strong administrative and compliance expertise who wish to work in a dynamic and globally connected environment.
The Regional Administrator will ensure smooth and efficient operations by providing administrative support, managing compliance processes, and facilitating client onboarding. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to Wealth Managers.
- Prepare, review, and maintain documentation for client portfolios and meetings.
- Compliance & KYC:
- Conduct Know Your Client (KYC) checks and meet all compliance requirements.
- Assist in due diligence processes and align with regulatory standards.
- Client Onboarding:
- Prepare and verify required documentation for client onboarding.
- Collaborate with global offices to ensure accurate processing of applications.
- Act as a liaison between the Dubai office and other global locations.
- Support Wealth Managers in handling client requests and inquiries.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update client records in line with company policies.
- Ensure secure and organised storage of sensitive information.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Experience in wealth management or multi-family private office environments is strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of compliance processes, including KYC and due diligence.
- Familiarity with administrative processes in a wealth management setting.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data.
- A finance, business administration degree, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive and capable of working independently under tight deadlines.
Competitive salary of up to AED 15,000 per month.
