Residential Surveyor Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Residential Surveying Manager to join a large company in a senior position. You’ll be looking after a region of the UK for a chartered surveying company, as well as working alongside the UK’s leading Property Management business. We are looking for an individual with 10+ years of experience in residential surveying and significant understanding of the residential property sector. You will need to have obtained the appropriate level of technical qualification in Surveying to be considered for this role and will ideally have managed Surveying teams in a previous role.   •    Location: South Coast of England (Remote) •    Excellent basic salary of £70,000, plus benefits •    Generous car allowance or company vehicle •    Strong national brand •    Private pension   Our Client is a nationally recognised Chartered Residential Surveying firm and works alongside its sister company which care for over 300,000 homes in England, Wales and Scotland, across almost 6,000 developments.
