The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful residential sales team based in Chiswick. You’ll be the face of the business for buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the full sales journey from first enquiry through to completion. The role offers strong earning potential, structured support, and the chance to build a long-term career within a market-leading agency.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors
• Managing offers and negotiating sales to successful completion
• Generating new business through proactive applicant and vendor engagement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Advising clients on pricing, market conditions, and sales strategy
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless service
What You’ll Need
• Experience in residential estate agency sales
• Strong negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with genuine ambition to earn
• Local market knowledge or the desire to build this quickly
• Full UK driving licence
