Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm
An established and award-winning lettings agency in Clifton is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to join its high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse property portfolio while playing a key role in client service and operational delivery.
The position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with prior experience in property management. While student lettings experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio landlords
- Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations, including maintenance and compliance
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Handle tenant and client queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and resolve complaints in line with company standards
- Coordinate and deliver student changeover projects
- Conduct routine property inspections and action follow-ups
- Ensure ongoing adherence to current lettings legislation
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues
- Motivated, driven, and able to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Working knowledge of lettings legislation and regulatory requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
