Our client, a well-established and respected estate agency, is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join their successful team in Alton. As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, conducting viewings, liaising with vendors and buyers, negotiating deals, and maintaining an active buyer database. You will also be involved in business generation activities such as leaflet drops and upselling additional services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in estate agency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary with an uncapped commission structure, as well as the opportunity to work with a supportive, professional team that prides itself on providing a high standard of service.
