Hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:45am–6:30pm, Friday 8:30am–6:00pm, alternate Saturdays 9:30am–4:00pm (day off in lieu)
The Opportunity
This Senior Sales Consultant position offers the chance to join a highly regarded independent estate agency in Acton. The role provides an exciting platform for a motivated sales professional to contribute to business growth, deliver excellent client care, and play a leading part in shaping the sales performance of the branch. Working closely with senior management, you’ll take responsibility for building strong client relationships, driving market share, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through appraisals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Manage the full sales process from valuation to completion, including viewings, offers, and negotiations.
- Deliver exceptional service to buyers and vendors, ensuring long-term relationships are built on trust and transparency.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for revenue and profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the agency’s reputation at all times.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary of £28,000 plus car allowance.
- Guaranteed salary of £40,000 pro rata during the first 3 months.
- Attractive commission structure:
- 10% up to £200,000
- 12.5% £200,000–£300,000
- 15% £300,000+
- Additional financial bonus and referral incentives (£100 per successful referral for financial/surveying services).
- Annual on-target earnings circa £85,000.
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service).
- Birthday leave and additional time off for alternate Saturdays worked.
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within estate agency.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building ability.
- Highly motivated, organised, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Professional, confident, and client-focused with a consultative approach.
