An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Associate to join a prestigious, market-leading estate agency in Oxford. With over a century of history and a network of 50+ offices across the UK, this brand is synonymous with excellence in the high-end property market.

Package:

  • Salary: Up to £40,000 basic,OTE: £60,000+
  • Car Allowance: Up to £4,500
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany applicants on property viewings
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors
  • Register new enquiries and arrange appointments
  • Follow up on all enquiries efficiently
  • Negotiate sales and manage offers
  • Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
  • Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity
  • Promote all company services to generate new and repeat business
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop client relationships and secure future instructions
  • Provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
