Package:
- Salary: Up to £40,000 basic,OTE: £60,000+
- Car Allowance: Up to £4,500
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 6PM, 1 in 3 Saturdays
- Accompany applicants on property viewings
- Handle telephone and email enquiries from applicants and vendors
- Register new enquiries and arrange appointments
- Follow up on all enquiries efficiently
- Negotiate sales and manage offers
- Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
- Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors and all relevant parties
- Maintain accurate records of all activity
- Promote all company services to generate new and repeat business
- Demonstrate a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop client relationships and secure future instructions
- Provide a first-class level of customer service at all times
