How to write a successful CV...

Our top tips:

~ Tailor your CV. Keep your CV relevant to the role you are applying for rather then sending a generic CV.

~ Presentation. Maintain your CV, keep skills and experience up to date. Try sticking to a maximum of two pages and check for spelling mistakes.

~ Include a personal profile. Highlight your work background and skills with a professional profile.

~ Understand the job description. Have a good understanding of the job you are applying for and highlight relevant skills and experience.

~ Don't leave gaps. Employers like to see consistent and non jumpy CV's, avoid leaving employment gaps.

~ Maintain Positivity. Use positive language and highlight achievements not just responsibilities.

~ Personal. End your CV with your interests and hobbies which give an insight on your personality.

~ Include References.
