About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a highly regarded real estate organisation seeking an experienced Property Health & Safety Manager to join its London Property Management division.

The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational compliance across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Predominantly comprising substantial office buildings, the portfolio also includes retail, industrial and warehouse assets, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial property environments.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with an established team of commercial property managers, you will provide specialist health and safety oversight and guidance across a portfolio of high-profile London properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing health, safety and operational compliance across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
• Providing specialist health and safety advice to commercial property management teams.
• Supporting the effective management of health and safety requirements across office, retail, industrial and warehouse properties.
• Working collaboratively with property management colleagues to maintain high standards across the portfolio.
• Contributing to the ongoing management of health, safety and compliance across significant commercial assets.

Who Are We Looking For?

• We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Health & Safety professionals who have a background in one or more of the following areas:
• Commercial Property Management
• Managing Agents
• Real Estate Consultancies
• Facilities Management
• Experience operating within commercial property environments will be particularly valuable, alongside the ability to provide specialist guidance and work effectively with established property management teams.

Salary, Benefits & Working Arrangements

This opportunity offers an attractive remuneration package and flexible working arrangements:

Basic Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum.

Car Allowance: £5,500 per annum.

Location: Central London & West End.

Working Arrangements: Hybrid working.
