About the Role

As Senior Contracts Manager, you will take on a key leadership position, working closely with the Group Managing Director to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and operational delivery across the project portfolio.
• Taking ownership of project programmes, quality standards and commercial performance.
• Managing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the development of internal systems, operational structures and processes to facilitate continued business growth.
• Beyond overseeing day-to-day project delivery, this role offers the opportunity to influence how the business operates and develops as it continues to expand.

Salary, Benefits & Working Arrangements

The opportunity offers a highly competitive remuneration package, including:

• Basic salary: Up to £90,000 per annum.
• Bonus: Circa £30,000.
• OTE: £120,000+.
• Additional benefits: Company car or car allowance.
• Working arrangements: Hybrid working.
• Location: Manchester, UK.
